By accessing and using Monetzly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Monetzly subject to these terms. You agree not to:

• • Modify or reverse engineer our software
• • Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
• • Interfere with the operation of our platform
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Circumvent security measures or manipulate ad serving mechanisms

3. Ad Quality and Controls

You retain full control over which ad categories and advertisers appear in your application. You agree to:

• • Not artificially inflate impressions or clicks
• • Not use click/view farms or automated traffic
• • Not mislead users about sponsored content
• • Maintain a natural user experience

4. Payment Terms

Revenue is calculated based on served ads and tracked in your dashboard. Payments are made monthly via direct deposit, subject to a minimum threshold. Refunds are not available for previously earned revenue.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. You may terminate your account at any time.

6. Disclaimer

Monetzly is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the revenue you earned in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
